Web Class tonight: Buying and Selling Real Estate

If you live in a house, it would be a good thing to know how to buy and sell real estate. You could save and earn sooooooooooo much money if you only knew what investors know.

If you only buy one more house, you’re considered an investor.

Even though most people don’t do it, the Bible teaches that we should know how to invest. (Check out the parable of the talents in Matthew 25.)

So where can you get started learning how to buy and sell houses?

I just happen to have a real estate expert in the house… well, nearby anyway… who can help you get started!

My oldest son Drew started investing in real estate when he was 18. It only took him 3 years to bring his dad home from corporate America.

Then he developed a system for selling houses on eBay and has since sold 70 houses in a row there.

When he left home a few years ago to get married and go out on his own, he gave the entire real estate portfolio to his dad.

He said, “If I did it once, I can do it again.”

He’s now 27, married and has two wonderful boys. He still has passive streams of real estate in come and is pursuing other projects on his Lifelong To Do List.

He doesn’t speak publicly like he once did so it is a real treat for him to be our guest tonight when he shares the basics of buying and selling real estate with the members of our Real Estate Community.
